Ronnie Mercer

Independent Non-Executive Director

Ronnie Mercer was appointed as independent non-executive director in March 2011.

Ronnie has been Chairman of Scottish Water since 2006 and is also Chairman of Business Stream.

He has extensive relevant experience and knowledge of the energy sector as he formerly held senior executive positions at Scottish Power including Group Director, Infrastructure and Executive Vice President, Operations of the PacifiCorp subsidiary.
