  • Administrative assistants

Our administrative assistants provide an efficient and effective administration support throughout all our business units. These individuals are highly motivated and possess excellent planning, organisational, communication skills.

  • Call agents

Our call agents deal with a wide range of internal and external customer’s calls, which can vary from faults, new connections and general enquiries.

Our call agents are required to record details accurately, allocate and escalate to the correct departments to ensure each call is dealt within the company’s time-scales and standards. They are also responsible for data cleansing, outbound customer surveys and providing switchboard cover. This role requires excellent communications skills, attention to detail and flexibility.
