Recently graduated in finance or a related subject and keen to forge a career in finance?

Northern Ireland Electricity's (NIE) finance graduate programme will put you on the right track to achieve a high flying career in finance.

Who are we looking for?

Our three and a half year programme offers graduates the opportunity to work within an exciting and ever changing industry. We offer a competitive salary and provide study leave, funding and support to obtain a recognised accountancy qualification.
 
From day one you will have responsibilities and be part of the finance team with a clear sense of purpose.

During your time on the programme you will work on the preparation of our monthly management accounts and the annual business plan. You will help prepare consolidated financial statements, assist in the internal and external audits and ensure all month end tasks are completed to schedule.

You will attend meetings with different internal departments giving you the opportunity to see and experience the various aspects of our network business.

Every day will bring its own unique challenges, which we expect you to be ready to face. We want you to make clear decisions, use your initiative and manage your own workload. 

Our dedicated senior mentors will always be at hand to help, encourage, guide and support you enabling you to achieve your true potential.
