Who should I contact about my electricity bill?

NIE is unable to deal with enquiries concerning electricity bills or switching suppliers. Please contact your electricity supplier directly if you have a query about your electricity bill or you are moving house.

The NIE customer helpline, 08457 643 643, is also available from 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. 

You can report a power cut online or by contacting our customer helpline on 08457 643 643 which is open 24 hours a day to report a loss of electricity supply. Customers using text phones can contact our Minicom Line on 08457 147 128 which is also available 24 hours a day to report a loss of supply.
