NIE is unable to deal with enquiries concerning electricity bills or switching suppliers. Please contact your electricity supplier directly if you have a query about your bill or you are moving house.

If you cannot find the answer to your query on our website please feel free to contact the NIE Customer Helpline on 08457 643 643. Our helpline is open 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and our customer service team is ready to help and answer any questions you may have.

The helpline is also open 24 hours to report a loss of electricity supply.
