    If you have been travelling on the Doogary Road, Omagh recently you may have noticed a new bridge over the road. This scaffold bridge has been assembled to allow Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE), the network company, to connect a new overhead electricity line into the existing Omagh Main substation.
