The
Transmission and distribution business
is also concerned with handling the
day to day operation of our distribution
system. This involves providing customer
support services covering 24 hours,
365 days a year to every home, business
and organisation throughout Northern
Ireland. Our commitment to customer
service excellence is externally recognised
through our achievement of the Charter
Mark Award in 2000. For further information

During
1999, over £12 million was invested
in a new customer service system which
included a new state of the art Trouble
Management call handling system enabling
us to efficiently handle customer enquiries
during severe weather conditions and
emergency situations. Our current
power cut information section gives
up to date information on emergency
fault situations.
