Larne Business Owner Wins Powerful Break

09/10/2007

Robert Robinson from Harbour Motor and Engineering Company in Larne is the latest winner of Northern Ireland Electricity’s monthly prize giveaway.

Robert recently signed up to pay his NIE bill by direct debit and was automatically entered into the NIE prize draw. He has won a break for two at the Culloden Hotel, including a spa treatment and an evening meal.

NIE’s Alison Moore recently visited Robert in Larne to present the prize. She said: “Paying by direct debit is fast becoming the preferred method of payment for our customers. People are finding it less stressful and time consuming to pay by direct debit.

“Many congratulations to Robert for signing up and winning. Other customers could also be one of our lucky winners. We’re giving away breaks at the Culloden Hotel throughout the Autumn to customers who sign up to direct debit, so make the switch to direct debit today.”

Robert was delighted by his win and looks forward to the break away. He said that he has found paying by direct debit very convenient, as he does not have to worry about bills coming in.

NIE Business Energy quarterly-billed customers get 4% discount when they pay their electricity bill by direct debit. On average, the saving will pay for two weeks worth of electricity every year. Monthly-billed NIE business customers get 3% discount.
