Dunmurry Business Wins Top Prize
05/12/2007
Rowan Roofing in Dunmurry has reached new heights, as the business owner is the latest winner of NIE Energy’s monthly prize giveaway.
Owner John Rowan recently signed up to pay his NIE Energy bill by direct debit and was automatically entered into the NIE Energy prize draw. His prize is a break for two at the Culloden Hotel, which includes a spa treatment and an evening meal.
NIE Energy’s Emma Hawthorne recently visited John at his Dunmurry premises to present the prize. She said: “Paying by direct debit is fast becoming the preferred method of payment for our customers. People are finding it less stressful and time consuming to pay by direct debit.
“Many congratulations to John for signing up and winning. Other customers could also be in with a chance of winning. We’re giving away breaks at the Culloden Hotel as prizes throughout the winter, to customers who sign up to direct debit, so make the switch to direct debit today.”
John is delighted by his win and is looking forward to the break away. He said: “We will be moving premises soon, so I decided to sign up to pay by direct debit, to make things easier during this change.”
All NIE Energy business customers get 4% discount when they pay their electricity bill by direct debit. On average, the saving will pay for two weeks worth of electricity every year. Monthly-billed NIE Energy business customers get 3% discount.
Householders won’t miss out on the discount. Choose to pay your NIE Energy household bill by monthly direct debit and get up to £34 a year off electricity bills, that’s 4% discount. Monthly direct debit enables householders to spread the cost of their electricity over the course of the year, taking into consideration possible seasonal changes in usage. Customers will know how much is due to go out of their account as a monthly amount is set, giving customers more control.
If you prefer to pay the actual NIE Energy bill amount, customers can pay by quarterly direct debit saving up to £22 per year, 2.5% off bills. NIE Energy’s direct debit means convenient payments with discount off future bills. You will continue to get a statement from NIE Energy, so you know the details of electricity usage.
