If you depend on electrical equipment that is vital to your health we would like you to register with us. We can then take special care of you in the event of a power failure or if we need to interrupt your supply for planned maintenance.

Power Cut

In the event of a power cut we will ring you within 4 hours between (8am - 9pm). We will give you the latest information available to us on the expected time of restoration of supply. This will help you make an informed choice of whether or not you should think of making alternative arrangements.

Customers on our register will be continually contacted through out the duration of the power failure with up to date information. Of course you can also contact our 24 hour helpline for information at any time on 0845 7643643

Carers Details

We ask all customers on our Critical Care Register to provide us with details of a relative or carer. We will ring them if we are unable to make direct contact with you.

Confidentiality

Finally, we wish to advise all our customers that the register is confidential and you can be assured that your details will be kept private and only the staff who need to know will have access to the information.
