At Northern Ireland Electricity, our main priority is to ensure that you have a safe and reliable supply of electricity. We know that any interruption to your electricity supply can be inconvenient.

While it is impossible for us to totally prevent faults on the electricity network, we will do everything possible to restore supplies as quickly and safely as possible.

Our customer service team is ready to help and answer any questions you may have.

The helpline is open 24 hours to report a loss of electricity supply.
